Had real good stay at least one night and the weather was lovely. It was in a fabulous central and ideal location not far from the establishment and the Great Southern in Killarney. Plus, I could reach a restored gothic revival church within walking distance of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Great Southern. The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The hotel's location in the town center was convenient, although it blended in perfectly with the peaceful surroundings. The restaurant and bar had ample space, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and I especially loved being able to have a drink outside in the garden. Plus, having a safe in the room provided peace of mind.

I thought the breakfast was really really good.

thank you very much for a top-notch service, would recomand. this stunningly beautiful hotel occupies a traditional building in the classic style. it has both amazingly nice and accommodating staff. the location is very central. the restaurant is great, serves hot dishes.

The room was spotless, had a big size bathroom. I really enjoyed the good location in the very relaxing area.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Generally, the place was ideal and had very pleasant and amazingly nice staff from every single passing staff member. The hotel was near to in driving distance of the top sights in Kerry, and the main bus / train station thanks to its marvellous and stunning location. It also was to the leisure centre.

the venue is fairly clean and spacious, views are lovely, the location is great and beautiful so close to the leisure centre and the great southern for one night. the staff are amicable and the breakfast is awesome. the rooms are quiet and luxurious with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Safe and clean place with pleasant and exceptional staff on the reception desk and restaurant. Excellent selection for breakfast with views of the gardens and toast. Marvellous and stunning location in a beautiful area, near town & beautiful National Park, the town centre and the Great Southern for one night for a trip away child free. The hotel of choice in Killarney: )

Friendly staff, beautiful furnishings, close to train station, excellent food. Spacious, clean rooms, felt safe. Fantastic room with Christmas tree and putting machine. Luxurious hotel with great amenities for adults and kids. Superb stay, hope to return.

Excellent room, (Was staying in the old building section of the hotel), fantastic surroundings, staff / meals / services all top quality.

Parking was not 100% secure.

Thought rooms were cold and draughty

I recently stayed at Great Southern in Killarney for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the town on foot. The room decor was comfortable and the surrounding grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the pool and leisure centre were wonderful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing health spa after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The stay was all too short but enjoyed the experience and would recommend hotel to friends.

While outside the hotel's area of control, the apparent lack of discretion by the Parking Company supervising the front precints of the complex is a negative. I was unable to secure parking in the hotel car park on night of arrival as it was full and found a parking space directly beside the front of the hotel. A parking ticket was issued at 10.05 a.m. the following morning.This additional expenditure on the trip copuld have been better spent elsewhere.
